How it works
After an introduction to A3 problem-solving, you receive a customized A3 template. We guide you in gathering relevant information to thoroughly describe the Background, Current Situation, and Target Condition.
Within 24 hours, your dedicated Coach reviews your inputs and schedules your first working session. He may add comments to your A3 Report, suggest actions, or request additional information.
Following your Coach’s guidance, you provide details and execute tasks. Adhering to the A3 framework, you iteratively execute tasks, update the report, and communicate until the problem resolution.
