What is the process of working with you?
We conduct remote coaching sessions with you. They could also be with selected team members, depending on the subject. An A3 Problem-Solving has one owner who leads the actions and is accountable for the results. We coach him in implementing changes. We have regular feedback loops during the project: we maintain direct communication with you as a top manager. We share results—according to the A3 Problem-Solving framework—and insights we gathered, and we align on the next steps.
What is a typical remote coaching journey?
1- After an introduction to A3 problem-solving, you receive a customized A3 template. We guide you in gathering relevant information to thoroughly describe the Background, Current Situation, and Target Condition.
2- Within 24 hours, your dedicated Coach reviews your inputs, conducts analysis, and schedules your first session. He may add comments to your A3 Report, suggest actions, or request additional information.
3- Following your Coach's guidance, you provide details and execute tasks. Adhering to the A3 framework, you iteratively execute tasks, update the report, and communicate until the problem resolution.
